You will design and build a full enterprise network for this project that links several branch offices to a central campus. There will be VLANs for separating departments, routing protocols like OSPF or BGP for connecting them, and HSRP or VRRP for redundancy to make sure the system is always available. The goal is to build a network that can grow and handle problems while still meeting the needs of businesses in the real world.
Secure VPN & SD-WAN Deployment
This project focuses on building a secure WAN infrastructure for branch connectivity. You will configure IPsec VPN tunnels and DMVPN to securely connect remote sites to the headquarters. Additionally, you will deploy Cisco SD-WAN controllers (vManage, vBond, and vSmart) to provide intelligent path selection, application-aware routing, and centralized management. This project prepares you for modern enterprise WAN deployments that combine security with flexibility.
Network Automation & Monitoring
You will look into how automation can make running an enterprise network easier in this project. You will use Python and REST APIs to automate common setup tasks on Cisco devices. You will also set up Cisco DNA Center to keep an eye on things and make sure they are working right. You will connect tools like NetFlow and Syslog to keep an eye on performance and fix problems before they happen.
