Duck Creek Architect: Integrations & Data Insights

This project focuses on automating the complete lifecycle of insurance policies using the Duck Creek Policy module. Learners will configure workflows for policy creation, renewal, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with underwriting rules and validations. The project includes integrating the Policy module with Billing and Claims systems to simulate real-time data flow and maintain accurate policy records. Additionally, learners will generate reports on policy status, renewals, and endorsements to analyze operational efficiency and understand how automation improves overall insurance processes.

In this project, learners will implement system integrations and extract meaningful data insights from the Duck Creek Policy module. The project involves connecting Duck Creek Policy with external systems like CRM platforms or rating engines through REST or SOAP APIs. Participants will create dashboards and reports that track key metrics such as active policies, renewal rates, and claims ratios.
