Work on designing the complete policy lifecycle process—from quote, bind, issue, endorsement, to renewal. Gather business requirements and convert them into user stories for development teams. Map coverage options, rating factors, and underwriting rules based on state regulations. Create workflow diagrams and gap analysis between current and future processes. Prepare BRD, FRD, and acceptance criteria for testing and stakeholder sign-off.
Analyze requirements to integrate Duck Creek Policy with external Claims management systems. Document data mapping rules, integration touchpoints, and API service interactions.
