This project focuses on making a commercial building that can withstand earthquakes. Participants will use IS codes to apply seismic loads, do response spectrum and time history analysis, and see how well buildings work during earthquakes.
Steel Industrial Shed Design
With ETABS, students will design a steel industrial structure with a large span. The project includes figuring out how much wind load the steel frame can handle and making detailed plans for how to build it. The result will be a report on the structural design that is safe and cost-effective.
