Amdocs and Vodafone Turkey collaborated on a three-year project to update its testing methodology. They implemented Agile DevTestOps and created a Testing Center of Excellence. Vodafone was able to provide quicker releases and better customer experiences by using Ginger Automation to expedite and streamline quality engineering procedures.

With Amdocs' assistance, a significant European bank underwent a digital transformation. Addressing intricate and manual testing procedures was the aim, especially with regard to fee management systems. They fully automated business-critical QA processes with Ginger, achieving 100% coverage of business requirements. This led to regular on-time releases, a 50% increase in customer satisfaction, and the abolition of release delays.

AT&T increased their use of a suite of tools, including Ginger, for regression automation. They achieved 90% automation in their Broadband & Video division by increasing regression coverage from 4,715 to 6,100 tests. In a similar vein, Telegence achieved 95% automated coverage by increasing automation efficiency by 122% and regression scope by 109%. Release cycle times were drastically shortened, and pre-production defect detection was enhanced, thanks to Ginger's ability to automate log validation and switch configuration checks.
