You will construct a comprehensive sales process within Dynamics 365 CRM as part of this project. Workflows that progress opportunities through phases will be established, lead qualification will be automated, custom fields will be created, and business process flows will be designed. Dashboards displaying leads, opportunities, and projected revenue are produced at the end of the project.
The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive customer support system. You will set up queues, SLAs, routing rules, case forms, and automated email-to-case generation. Additionally, you will create dashboards and a knowledge base to assist customer support teams in tracking and resolving issues more quickly.
In this project, you will build forms, modify tables, design views, and create a model-driven Power App that is connected to the Dataverse. For smooth data flow, you will integrate the app with Dynamics 365 CRM and use Power Automate to automate notifications. This project demonstrates your proficiency with both technical and functional modules.
