We set up a complete Odoo ERP system for OmniMart, a chain of stores in the US. The project included modules for sales, inventory, point of sale, accounting, and customer relationship management (CRM). We created custom workflows to handle buy cycles, move stock between locations automatically, and make financial reports that combine all the data.

I was in charge of getting the Odoo Manufacturing, Inventory, and Quality modules up and running for MechaTech Industries, a company that makes car components in Pune. Made it easier to handle BoMs, report on work centers in real time, and evaluate quality. This led to a 30% decrease in production delays and better reporting of compliance.

Set up and configured the Odoo HR, Payroll, and Leaves modules for a multi-company setup in the US and India. The project had multi-currency payroll processing, holiday calendars for each region, and employee self-service portals. Automating HR tasks made them more efficient and compliant.
