Worked on making an e-commerce platform for customers using the Scrum framework. Managed the product backlog, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to add new features one at a time. Made sure that customer feedback and continuous integration were always available to get the most value for the business.

Used the Kanban method to help an IT service desk team handle tickets more quickly. Created Kanban boards, set limits on work in progress (WIP), and cut down on lead time. By showing where workflow bottlenecks are, we made the team more efficient and happy customers.
