Using PRINCE2 Agile, they handle stakeholder engagement, change PRINCE2 themes for governance, and use agile frameworks to make sure that delivery happens in stages. The project stresses the need for structured planning and flexibility.

This project lets students use PRINCE2 Agile principles to run a software development lifecycle. Teams learn how to use PRINCE2 processes like managing stages and controlling risks along with agile practices like prioritizing the backlog, having daily stand-ups, and testing in small steps. The result shows that the delivery was of high quality and in line with governance.
