Integrating with SAP HANA or SAP BW will make sure that data is always up to date, which will help business leaders make quick and smart choices.

The goal of this project is to use SAP BO Crystal Reports to make detailed financial reports and analyze budget variances. You will make reports that keep track of your cash flow, expenses, revenues, and profit margins automatically. The project will also include a budget vs. actual analysis with drill-down features, which will let finance teams keep an eye on spending and make the best use of resources.

You will use SAP BO tools to make a full HR analytics solution that tracks employee performance, turnover rates, training effectiveness, and the distribution of headcount. HR managers will be able to see trends in the workforce, boost employee engagement, and make sure that HR strategy is in line with company goals thanks to the system's visual dashboards and detailed reports.
